Comment:

 I recommend setting Fc to 480 Hz, using 2200 pF for C362, C363, C402, and
 C403.

 This was tested on a B3 unit.  Before the ECR, the response (measured at
 the input of the amplifier) was flat to 10 Hz.  After modification, it
 starts rolling off by 500 Hz, and is down by around 20dB by 16 Hz.

 This change will be made to the B4 build.

 This ticket is left open until it is confirmed that the change was made.
