Comment:

 Adding Walter. We really need to make a call on this. IHMO Read is totally
 worth a separate icon, since it's a pretty fundamental task, as Web
 browsing is.

 Also reassigning to Eben since this an interface design issue.

 On the implementation side... Hulahop, our new browser component, support
 pyxpcom which allows to acccess and get notified of DOM events.
