 In build 406, if you run a pygame application it will locate the frame in
 the upper left of the screen, which is obstructed by the sugar frame.

 Seems like the sugar frame should go away; and/or a movable window should
 be created. The default behavior should be to center the pygame frame.

 We need this fixed for the Olin game jam; June 8.
