 Exactly what parameters need to be adjusted?  Are the formulas fro Ri,
 V7,V10,and V85 very different or just new constants?  How much of a
 departure is this from the current system?

 Experimental tests for extended battery life are NOT a B4 item. Please
 defer this change until _after_ the B4 release.
