Comment:

 The microphone part of this is handled by svn 414, which turns off the MIC
 bias in very early startup code.  That appears in Q2C14.  Note that the
 MIC LED will stay on for several minutes on B3 systems that do not have an
 internal MIC connected, because there is no discharge path for the VREF
 node.
