 Automatic Reinstallation Image olpc406_c11.zip on A-test board. Build 406
 is written to A-test onboard flash.

 The OFW screen comes up but when it tries to boot Linux the computer
 monitor blank out with a message "Video Mode Not Supported". Computer
 monitor is 1024x768.
