Comment:

 This can also be tested using the console interface (see previous
 comment).  Who maintains the driver ?

 The method of control over backlight brightness changed with the B3 build.
 It is now filtered.  To totally turn off the backlight, the BACKLIGHT
 signal (from the DCON) must be deasserted.

 I feel this should be a B4 Milestone bug, not Trial-2.
