 It looks like a defect because most sugar activities either start slowing
 down a lot, or behave very rarely, or don't boot (whole black screen). Of
 course children complain a lot because the camera either opens and shows a
 green square instead of the camera input (still snaps the photo), or
 doesn't boot at all. Even Block Party slows down. Abiword freezes,....

 With 'low power,' I mean that the battery has low charge. When we connect
 them to the wall outlet or place a full battery then the weird behaviors
 tend to go away. Maybe, we need more days to see if more people get the
 same problems. So far, we got around 10 of this cases. Even when we change
 the battery and turn it back working as soon as it goes down the problems
 start and the children come back complaining. They were used to use the
 other versions were the XO will at some point shut down because of lack of
 battery, though it worked at the same speed (behaved the same) until the
 end.
