Comment:

 I added a config variable so you can force a long probe delay for such
 devices.

 (unplug the device)
 ok setenv usb-delay 3000      \ 3000 milliseconds, i.e. 3 seconds
 ok probe-usb

 The fix is in svn 420, q2c14
