 We report an SW_LID event to the input layer when the kernel sees a lid
 close event:

     input_report_switch(pm_inputdev, SW_LID, olpc_lid_flag);

 Can we do the same for an SW_EBOOK event?  The ebook SCI is already being
 handled, just not reported to the input layer at all.  It would be handled
 in flush_sci_queue(), around arch/i386/kernel/olpc-pm.c:93.
