 Progress:
 a) updated boot progress icons to nice new ones provided by Eben.
 b) Suppressed startup text from firmware in the fast-boot case.

 Still to do:
 a) New splash screen that matches the XO in center theme.
 b) Fix the OS to play nice with the quiet boot game.
