Comment:

 I can't debug this unless I can get access to a machine that exhibits the
 problem.

 I will need one of the following:

 a) A failing system in Maui
 b) A failing system in Boston and someone to drive it according to my
 instructions
 c) Someone in Taiwan to work with me via IRC and follow my instructions.
