 As it turns out, GPIO 0x4c (IN_NEG_STS) was having its bits all set on
 resume.  This was causing the DCON interrupt to not be seen.  Mitch
 changed OFW to clear the GPIO bits on power-up, which appears to fix this
 problem.  We can close this once someone releases q2c14.
