Comment:

 The divider is composed of 1% resistors in the 100K range.  There is a
 0.1uF capacitor filtering the divider.

 It is the responsibility of the board manufacturer to do whatever is
 necessary to make this work.

 At the present time, we do not have authorization to publish the board
 schematic.
