 There is a timing problem when launching an activity: when a window with
 xid 1234 is opened, the sugar shell tries to access
 org.laptop.Activity1234 on the DBus. If that service is not found, it
 assumes this was raw X application. If the service is created later, this
 is not detected.

 This could be solved by listening to the
 org.freedesktop.DBus.NameAquired('org.laptop.Activity1234') signal to
 detect creation of the activity.
