Comment:

 This is due to a workaround for the floppy ears discovered before the B2
 build.  A viscous substance was put into the axle to keep them from
 flopping.

 I suspect this can be closed as soon as we see the B3 samples (or Dave
 Woodhouse may be able to close this already).
