Comment:

 Cimarron was purposely inverting the polarities, so -HSYNC -VSYNC was
 really coming out to be HSYNC VSYNC on the scope.  Swizzled the code so
 what the config file matches what actually is driven.

 Also, changed the lxfb driver which had the same defect.  Both committted
 to their respective trees.

 -HSYNC -VSYNC is the correct setting, and should be set in all drivers and
 all config files.
