 Users save a web page, and then when they try to reopen it, some times
 they cannot re open it. It seems that the files from the web site were not
 fully saved. They don't understand why that happens. Their first though
 was that in some machines works and in some others it doesn't, however, we
 try the same files in a different one, and it still did not open the web
 page either.
