 Even if we do get different speakers, their size is limited by the
 mounting space that is available, so they won't be able to operate well
 below some frequency.  We might need to fine-tune the ideal capacitor
 values for different speakers, but we will still want to do the rolloff
 thing.

 New speakers might improve the sound in several ways, perhaps by reducing
 distortion in the passband, smoothing out the passband frequency response,
 and improving the unit-to-unit consistency.  But they are unlikely to
 extend the low-frequency response greatly, due to the physical size
 constraints.  To reproduce bass into free air, you must move volumes of
 air.  You cannot do that with a 15 mm diameter surface that can only
 travel +- 1 mm.
