 We need containers for both clients and server.

 We need vserver (container/jail) functionality sooner, rather than later.

 So we need to merge the vserver patch into the kernel, and work with the
 community on getting the needed functionality into Linux.

 This is a tracker bug for this major task, which, roughly speaking, spits
 into 4 pieces:

  1. Merge into our kernel
  1. Cleanup and merge upstream
  1. Ongoing maintenance of what we expect will be a smaller and smaller
 patch set as we do 2.
  1. Iterate until done...
