 The X Window System is where we know keyboard and screen activity both.

 X needs enhancement to support DCON's ability to take over display of the
 flatpanel.

 Power can be saved in two ways:
 1. turning off the Geode's video drivers, which consume power
 2. turning off the graphics unit in the Geode.
