 A gstreamer element implementing httpsrc is needed for gstreamer so that
 ogg theora files (and other mediums) can be played inside of applications
 from http servers.  This will allow for activity developers (such as the
 camera developers) to play video files over the mesh from machine to
 machine without pre-downloading the entire files.

 We've looked into NeonHttpSrc, but it is not entirely secure.
