 I think the angle that he is talking about is with the vertex at your
 eyeball and the opposite side of the triangle on the screen.

 arcsin(pixel_pitch/distance_from_screen_to_eye)

 For our target audience of children, the distance is shorter, since
 children have shorter arms than adults.
