 At the hardware level, we have confirmed via an OFW test that writing 8 to
 CaFe register 0x3038 makes the camera light go on, and writing 0 to that
 register makes it go off.  That affects CaFe's GPIO3 signal, which enables
 DOVDD_2.8 to the camera, and also the LED.
