 Activities would benefit from different keybindings for the eight handheld
 buttons.  Each activity will want different actions to bind to those keys;
 some won't want any of the keys to map to up/down/left/right.  It should
 be possible to switch between activities and have the keybindings switch
 accordingly.

 Don Hopkins in particular is working on keybindings for the bookreader,
 and wants to associate them with actions in the best way.
