 On a few occassions, its been observed that trying to launch a second or
 third application ends up without a launch. The icon appears, flashes
 softly and dissappears shortly aftyerwards. Repeated tries yielded the
 same result before the XO (B2) was eventually restarted (resolution to the
 phenomenon).
