 On further investigation, it isn't clear it will help us over S3
 significantly.  The data sheet shows significant power savings, but as the
 video drivers are off, we still incur the DCON delays on resume.
 So while the number is interesting, it may or may not be an academic
 exercise.  Time will tell ;-).
