 A feature we'll want some day is to be able to filter forwarding of
 multicast packets by IP multicast group.  This would help greatly on mesh
 scaling, if multicast packets would only be forwarded if there were
 "downstream" clients interested in them.

 This will require both Linux changes (to let the mesh know what IP
 multicast groups a client is interested in) and mesh firmware work.
