 Dan,

 How much work would it be to slip this into the B3/LX minimal changes
 build we're doing now?  This is one that clearly hurts "ouch" in some
 areas, with > 20% incidence in Brazil....  Clearly, if it is
 hard/invasive, we'll run the trials warning people off of accents, but
 Juliano's data is pretty persuasive that if it is a simple fix, it may be
 worth it.
