Comment:

 Good catch; but with some caveats:

 1) There's no reason to use $PATH... activities MUST be self-contained
 2) The path needs to be canonicalized (ie, no .. or . allowed)
 3) The path cannot refer to anything outside the bundle (which implies (2)
 as well)
