#1386: Hardware cursor support for LX

Using the hardware cursor(s) when possible saves CPU and gets rid of
flicker, and when running videos, becomes nearly essential for nice
behavior.
The LX has a 48x64 ARGB hardware cursor support, and a 2 plane 64x64
cursor that can be used during use of the video unit. (note that due to
rotation, this means the largest cursor that can reliably always use the
hardware is therefore 48x48, or in portrait mode you'll use the software
cursor if the vertical is more than 48 pixels).
The X server will dither down an ARGB cursor to two planes for you,
according to keithp.
