 Names that use accents are very common in Brazil. For example the above
 names are very usuall

 Cláudio, Sérgio, Flávio, César, André

 The two male names more commons in Brazil are joão and josé, both with
 accents. I don't finded any statistics about that for the whole country,
 but among the students from the trial school, more than 20% has accents in
 their names.
 By now, we talk to chindren don't use accents in their names, but for a
 widespread distribuion this bug should be fixed.
