 The lynx browser uses the right arrow to follow links. There is no
 "forward". This works fairly well; it's at least reasonably fast to use.
 I'd use any spare buttons for page-up and page-down, because the most
 annoying thing about keyboard browsing is having to step through a long
 list of links (often a navigation toolbar) at the beginning of a page.

 Perhaps not page-up and page-down, but rather skip-20-links...?
