New description:

 On the neighborhood view (the widest view) sometimes a person can appear
 close to the bottom of the screen.  When you click on the person the
 button to add the person as a friend goes off the bottom of the screen.
 Either characters shouldn't be put too close to the bottom of the screen,
 or the button should appear above the character when it is too close to
 the bottom of the screen.
