Comment:

 Yeah, right now we have popup blocker enabled by default. I'm not sure if
 we need a way for the user to allow popups a la firefox, Reassigning to
 interface-design to discuss that.

 joaoboscoapf, if you can cite use cases where the current behavior is an
 issue, I think it would be a good contribute to the discussion.
