 Even worse, I think we get to go modify the X server to do it....  That is
 the X server default cursor, out of the default antique cursor font.

 This is part of why I rated it low priority, and CTest, despite being what
 on the surface seemed to be a simple request.  It's more effort than it
 seems; maybe we should rate it opportunity in case someone wants a simple
 X project.
