 Thanks for the info.  This is a B1 correct?  If so thats exactly what I
 would expect.  The cutoff for trickle charge is 5.2V but B1s do not have
 trickle charge hardware so you have to get the batteries over the hump.

 I'm going to write up a wiki page describing all the battery issues and
 solutions.  I'll close this bug when that page is done.
