 Here's a first stab at this:

 I think this is appropriate for anyone at OLPC, but may well be too
 complicated for country liaisons; I'd be happier if we had a simple
 command in Open Firmware that read from the NAND to a USB disk.  "dump-
 nand" is such a command, but it's not producing images correctly at the
 moment.
