 The XO needs a screen grab feature.  (Jim Gettys suggested that I add this
 to Trac for B3.)

 I think a great place to implement this feature would be the overlay (aka
 Bulletin Board).  The overlay is exactly the right kind of modal context
 for saving pieces of the screen image.  For a little more detail on the
