Comment:
The claim from Mitch is that the tables in the firmware as implemented in
fast path resume now represent the PRS information, and has captured the
information in a way it won't get busticated, and is under source control.
We probably have a bit more to do to perfect these tables as we finish up
GX resume and then move to LX, but it isn't clear that further investment
will be needed.
Unless someone squawks and makes counter-arguments, I plan to close this
out as wontfix.
