True enough. TamTam folk: how much do you care about having this done for
Trial-1?

This would be very surprising, since I don't believe the kernel contains
any implicit bias for uid 0 processes, and they start at the normal system
priority.
And can we get an explanation of what the process running as root was
doing? Thanks!
