Comment:

 OK, I consulted with my college buddy at Dow.

 Dow is not in the business of making adhesives/epoxies themselves: rather,
 making the chemicals that are used by manufacturers of such materials.

 The manufacturers that make the adhesives for the electronics industry for
 these sorts of applications are:
  - Henkel
  - National Starch (Ablestick)
 These are the top two in the industry.

 I have left contact information with both of these. When I hear more, I'll
 update this.
