 hardware reset for EC.

thanks for shedding light on this. The output signal GPIOE7
is connected to the label POWER_BUTTON# .
Note, in a few schematic programs (and to my naive reading) this
would be a strictly local label because it is not connected
 to a mark like <__> or |__> or <__|

In the schematic diagram (EC KB3700 Rev.2b 20061204 attached
to #477) this label is only connected to SW2 and R74 so
hardware reset functionality would not be present there.

Sorry for the noise if the schematic program used considers
the label global and the reset functionality sits elsewhere.
Please consider this part of the ticket closed then.

As for the 0x80 0xfe (sjmp .) at 0x87a8 and other accidental
loops that might potentially catch the program counter please
consider using the watchdog of the KB3700 if the
 power budget permits.
Even a very low propability to end up there might have an
effect as the ensemble of the KB3700 in all the OLPC will
easily execute more than 10^20 CPU cycles over their lifetime.
