 Behdad, it would be cool if you could test this with build 331. We used to
 explicitly set families in the mozilla configuration, we removed that in
 331.

 (Or you can manually edit /usr/share/sugar/gecko-prefs.js)

 I think with this change page was rendered correctly with lang="ur", still
 seeing problems with lang="en" (which is what our on flash copy of
 wikipedia have).
