Comment:

 I use three different consoles on the OLPC, on one of them I run

 while true ; do iwlist msh0 scan ; done

 on another one I ping an alive node and in another one I ping a
 non-existant node. In usually less than two hours (sometimes less than
 half an hour) we get to this frozen state.
