 I haven't had a chance to do these, but I thought I'd copy David's email
 for reference in the tracker:

 Please tell me information as following:

 1.      What kind of battery type (NiMH or LiFe)
 2.      Dump the EC ram (0xFB00)
         ./readEC fb00
 3.      Dump Battery voltage, current, capacity and battery temperature.
         ./cl1batt show

 Ec_tool can help you for EC debug.
