Comment:

 Albert,

 The decision has been taken (due to cost and schedule grounds) to not
 include the keyboard lights in production.  The current lights don't work
 all that well, and are expensive, and we don't have the time to complete a
 redesign much cheaper idea we have for Gen-1 of the system. So while I'm
 happy if someone wants to try to fix it, we're not going to fix it here as
 we have more urgent fish to fry.
