 Since icons are seemingly randomly placed on both the neighborhood view
 and the buddy view, if the icon is on the bottom of the screen it makes it
 so the rollover menu is not able to be clicked. There should be logic to
 detect the position of the icon so that no matter where it is on the
 screen, the entire menu is viewable.

 This should probably take into account the height of the menu as well, as
 I can see it being possible to have more than one item (add/remove
 friend).
