When running an application, one can go to the upper right corner to bring
up the Sugar frame. Moving across the frame to an icon is hard to do,
however, without accidentally passing outside of the frame. The instant
one's cursor leaves the frame the frame disappears, and the whole process
has to be started again.
This is also seen when hovering over an icon on the frame (such as the
applications) brings up a menu. If a user is not very careful as they
move onto the menu (or if the menu is slow being drawn), once again sugar
will detect that they are outside the frame and make the frame disappear.
This is very frustrating as a user.
On most mature GUIs, it is possible to briefly pass outside of an "active"
region without the system deciding that you are cancelling the operation.
For example, when moving from a main menu to a submenu, you are allowed to
briefly pass outside the menus.
