 A B2 unit displayed the new "nickname" page, but the camera was just
 showing white.  This unit was running B76 and build 303, serial number
 SHF70500391.

 Disassembly showed that the problem was due to the flex connector to the
 camera (CON4) was not latched down onto the cable.   Latching the
 connector fixed the problem.

 The unit had been reworked to fix keyboard power and pulldown on
 DCON_LOAD, although I never removed the motherboard in doing so (the
 camera connector is on the backside of the motherboard, and was never
 visible/accessible during the rework.)

 As we did not test the camera before rework, we don't know if this is an
 assembly problem, a shipping problem, or was introduced by the rework.
 None of the other nine units reworked exhibited this problem.

 I am concerned that it might be a shipping/vibration issue, because CON4
 is the only flex connector on the board whose latch is not secured down
 with "tape".

 No action will be taken on this ticket unless additional units display
 this problem.
